HHV has two dedicated timeshare towers right now. The closest to the water is Lagoon tower and set further back is the Grand Waikikian. Lagoon used to be a condo that was converted to timeshares so no washer and dryer in room but on each floor and building was built in the 60's. It has great ocean front views and as stated earlier is closest to the ocean out of the three timeshare towers.
Grand Waikikian is set behind the lagoon tower and does offer some nice views but the units are very nice. GW was built in the past 7 years or so and has all the modern amenities.
Kalia tower is the farthest tower from the ocean and is closest to fort derussey. It is a mixed tower with hotel units located on the bottom half of the tower and the timeshares are I believe the top 8 floors or so. Farthest walk to the beach but closest walk to the heart of waikiki for dining and shopping.
You will know what tower you have by the exchange saying lagoon, grand waikikian or kalia tower. Kalia tower has studios and 1br units only.
