Possibly purchasing a bHc NYC listing. I know the club rules with the NYC location are different than all the others (ie. central 5th W57th Quin etc) but is there no platinum or gold season? Are all the points the same season? I’m getting conflicting opinions from brokers.

Oh, I missed that it is HCNY, they are a special group that is not in the club guide. A club within Hilton Club of their own. There are owners in this group who can respond though.

I own at HCNY, but the website is acting up and not letting me log in right now. IIRC, there are 2 seasons, though I think they're called high/medium instead of platinum/gold. I think gold is January-March and July-August. Everything else is platinum. I just bought the HCNY property, so haven't stayed there yet. When the website is up and running again, I'll post a point chart. I know for certain that a 2bed is 16000 points in the medium season.

I'm pretty sure there are seasons when USING the points, so a week costs a different number of points depending when it is as shown in the points chart above.

But I don't think there are seasons when BUYING points. Everyone pays the same MF per point, it isn't like regular HGVC where your deed is plat/gold/silver.
