Highest infection rate

Today's newspaper had an article about Yakima County. It seems we have the highest infection rate per population on the West Coast. I couldn't believe this but the infection rate corelates to testing. They test esential workers in our county and I think that if they were testing other areas as mush as our area we wouldn't be the highest infection rate.

Without these esential workers the USA might have a problem with beer and wine.
