HICV is a separate points system. You can do internal trading if you have a points based week. You can put your points in RCI or IHG ( International Hotel Group) points don’t expire in IHG, they are 1 point less in value 5/4.
In RCI point values are only half of HIVC points
I think this might be a misunderstanding of points
You will get to use the same amount of point value in other resorts but unable to split up the points
If the week has a 133,000 point value then you can book a full week that has the same value elsewhere but you cannot book a partial week for lesser points

Hopefully I have that correct??
We are all points so don’t ever book like that
thats not true, I have 127,000 points and have split them up exchanged them for IHG points and did short stays at other HIVC resorts. I find it easy to navigate the website and have had mostly good experiences with my OL Timeshare. We live local and use OL facilities quite often.
