I'm I better of to book a week and then to try to rent the week?
If so what are the best weeks to rent and what resort?

ive done both but i have found the best bet is to wait until someone requests a week and then book. I do that all the time at Orange Lake. Ive had good success renting a summer week in Myrtle as well. I usually book that ahead of time and then rent it out later.
