There is like a 300 page document with all the trust information on the holiday inn club vacations website. Think its under legal documents or someplace like that. People say you have a limited booking window, only the owner can check in and limited pool of rooms but i havent heard first hand from someone who actually bought resale on what restrictions they enforce.
I can't seem to find the document. I think you have to have a log in to the land trust HOA. I did find some info online that states the following:
-Only the deeded owner can check in. (no renting)
-Reservations can only be made 6 months out
-Points don't roll over
-Points don't transfer to IHG
-Reservation fee is $99 vs $69.
-Points don't convert to RCI
-Can't borrow points.
I still like to see the agreement if anyone know how to get it.
