HICV/IHG CREDIT CARD/SILVERLEAF

If i have my Silverleaf property combined into my HIVC account, does anyone have experience in using the IHG CC to pay Silverleaf MF and still getting the bonus points associated with the IHG card? If so, please explain how you did this. Because i went on line and the payee is Silverleaf and not HIVC.

We use to get 5x points, with the new card 10x points.
This year we are having trouble since April and only getting one point per $. We than have to call argue. I was last rewarded in July this year. I just did a trial payment for 3 timeshare MFs and only got 1 pt per dollar. So I will be making the call to chalange to get my other points , we will see.
Won't use the IHG Chase card if I don't get those points.

They say HICV is not part of IHG.
I tell them than stop renting out HICV properties on the IHG website. They all show up on IHG and part of all their advertising.

Always was a sales tool the IHG card and the HICV system. Just something else trying to be taken away.
