HHV Lagoon question: 9,600 points?

All,

The room layout for each floor that I have shows that the 2 end units closest to the ocean are Ocean-Front. How many points do these Ocean-Front units take? I've been assuming that those are the 9,600 point units. But I found an ad that says it is for a 2BR Penthouse (and is worth 9,600 points).

Is that a special type of 2BR or are the only 2BR Premier's the Penthouses?

Okay, I figured out the answer to my own question -- there are two different descriptions under 2BR Premier on the HGVC site -- one specifies Penthouse, the other specificies Ocean-Front. So they must both be 9,600 points, and one offers the Penthouse view.
