HGVC - The Bay Club

We own a week at The Bay Club in Waikola, which we have not used in a couple of years due to moving from West Coast to East Coast. The maintenance fees have been paid, but at some point the Club membership ended. I cannot figure out how to book a week at the resort. I have called HGVC with no success. We are also Diamond Owners (from SunTerra Days), but we did not move our deeded Bay Club week into HGVC. Any info on how I can book with The Bay Club directly would be welcome. Thank you -MH

There are Bay Club TUG members who should be able to help but I would think that you need to call the resort directly.

Just curious if anyone can explain the booking timeframe for owners to me? We are looking to book Christmas 2025 any idea of when we can do this? Thanks:)
