Most resale brokers are pricing 7K packages (at any resort), somewhere around $1/point. But there are better deals out there--especially, here on TUG and on eBay (if you find a reputable seller).
Yesterday a broker quoted me a price of $6000, for a 7000 point package at Paradise (with much lower maintenance fees than either of the SeaWorld phases). You could certainly make a lower offer for something like that, but as Jason noted by referencing the earlier post, people are getting HGVC units for a lot less than that, in many cases.
