for HGVC-Seaworld in Orlando, are all 3 BR units large with kitchen with bar stools around it, large living space (larger than 2 BR)and large patio with both chaise loungers and tables---or are some 3 BR simply a 2 BR + studio connected? thanks, Elaine

Seaworld 3 BR

There are what I think of as 3 bedroom "penthouse" units on the top floor of the very first two buildings built at Seaworld. We stayed in one several years ago and it is much larger than the standard 3 bedroom unit. It does have a large outdoor patio (that is not screened-in as it is on the top floor). The kitchen and living room areas are larger too. Hope this helps.

Based on the HGVC online reservation description, there are three different layouts at HGVC SeaWorld

(1) Three Bedroom (lockoff)
Master - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - two doubles
3rd Bedroom - queen with full size sleeper sofa and kitchenette (lockoff)

(2) Three Bedroom (regular)
Master - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - queen with full size sleeper sofa
3rd Bedroom - two doubles

(3) Three Bedroom (penthouse)
Master - King Bed
2nd Bedroom - King Bed
3rd Bedroom - two doubles

**NOTE: All three have a living room with a queen sleeper sofa

This explains why availability is so hard to get on these 3 bedroom penthouses! I have a reservation for one in June so I will finally get to see if they are worth the trouble.

One question I'm not sure of in your comment above... the outdoor patio in the 3 bedroom penthouse (on the top floor) is or is not screened in??

All of the units I have stayed in at the SeaWorld location have screened balconies that I can recall.

the 3 br units do have an open lanai that is not screened in but off the master bedroom there is another smaller lanai that is screened in. :hi:
