HGVC Open Season on the Big Island in April

We're thinking of a Hawaii vacation next April and I noticed that there was quite a lot of open season availability on the Big Island this month. We're flexible on when we can travel, and I've been doing a lot of research on where to stay. At first I was leaning towards Kings Land, but also have read some great reviews of the Bay Club. We own at The Charter Club on Marco and love it there, so we don't have to stay at the newest resort. My question is on the 2 bedroom vs. 2 bedroom plus. Is the difference just the views? Any suggestions would be great...Thanks! :hi:

The views are golf course and lava at the Waikoloa properties, the standard vs plus is location within the building. Kingsland plus are upper floors, Bay Club is top floor vaulted ceilings ( no upper neighbors clumping around ). Bay club units are bigger, we're originally sold as condos, with huge lanai compared to KL.

Thanks for the info! I do like the idea of a bigger lanai and no neighbors upstairs :)
