HGVC Discounted RCI Exchanges Through 5/20???

Anyone see anything about HGVC running an RCI Exchange discount through 5/20?

I had an OGS Match, and below is what I see on the HGVC checkout screen.

I was surprised to see the $38 discount off the published exchange fee, and did not see a notification anywhere explaining it.

When I typed something into Google to research the discount, it features the blurb below, but I can't click through to read it.

Note: The discount is actually 14.7%, but perhaps that is close enough for timeshare math???

How is VV Williamsburg giving 15% in discounted exchange fees? I own VV Grandview ... I am not seeing any discounted exchange fees in my RCI Points account (in fact a week in RCI Points is $259 vs the standard $249 in HGVC).

When I click the link posted above, it gives me the login screen for my RCI Account and doesn’t describe discounted exchange fees.

My VV affiliated points account is charging $259 for a week exchange.
