HGVC Flamingo and HGVC Paradise
We are at HGVC Bay Club and when we met with the the Concierge to see if we would like to attend an Owner's Update
they also mentioned The HGV Ultimate Access Program and they had some great offers such as Body Glove Dinner Cruise for
$99 and Wine and Dine With Chef Ipsy for $99. We informed them that we owned HGVC resales and they informed us we were not eligible.
Has anyone heard of this HGVC program and have they been allowed to participate as a resale owner?

yes, we have. They didn't even ask us if we owned resale or not. it is a marketing event and you are required to attend a sale's meeting either before or after. Some sale's offices don't like resale owners, because it would be a tough sell for them, so they say stuff like that. As far as I know, it isn't a corporate policy.

We have gotten multiple offers as resale-only. mrs. brp nixes them, on principle, so we don't go, though :)

We have 1 developer and the rest resale and participated. No one ever asked if we were resale but perhaps they looked up our ownership. It seems if you have at least 1 developer they don't question you. Given how much we overpaid, The least they could do is offer this to recoup our investment.
