Just got a call to visit zoom with a Hilton Max rep for at least 30 minutes to review benefits. Anyone had the experience? If so, what can we expect to accomplish or be aware of if it's just another approach to selling more points?
Just completed our visit. It was 15 minutes in length and the content was to explain the advance booking times for those Diamond owners-trust points (10 & 13 months for the Diamond properties), HGVC owners can book Hilton properties-deeded property (9 & 12 months), Hilton Max owners can advance book Hilton properties (6 months), Hilton owners that purchase Max have the same advance booking for Diamond properties as Diamond owners (10 & 13 months). The rep answered a couple of questions, couldn't answer one and there was no effort to up sell. Turned out to be a rather surprising event.
