Location
The Land of Ice and Snow
Resorts Owned
HGVC: The Flamingo, The Boulevard
Besides the Hotel Harvest external exchange properties, this will be HGV's 3rd property in Japan (first in Kyoto). The property will contain 63 1 bedroom suites, all with kitchens. Renovations are expected to start 2nd quarter 2025 and be completed during the 1st quarter 2026.

Hmmm . . . Our first opportunity to see if Max will be needed for new resorts.

I am happy for the addition, this is also the first city center location in Japan I think. We will see how many points it will take. To me personally, the Hotel Harvest resorts take way too many points to reserve, for the same price I can usually get breakfast or even half-board included at the local resorts/hotels.
