Is the golf package included if a person uses an AC to exchange into the Heritage Club and what is included in the golf package?

Renewal Decision

I had read earlier sometime that the renewal/new package discussion would be concluded in oct 08, so that's what I wanted to enquire. Have the discussions reached conclusion for the golf package beyond 2010. Wanted to buy, but would depend on the golf package
