Here's why you need both a personal and business Marriott Bonvoy credit card

I can't believe TPG is still shilling travel cards...but I presume that's how his business makes money.

My takeaway: If you already own both cards you now automatically get gold elite and 2 free nights if you sock drawer them. AMEX offers can also offset the AF in savings. But IMO not worth applying for new cards right now since it is much better to earn cash back than Bonvoy points in this environment.

Anyone aware if the double credit is available in Canada?
There is only the AMEX Bonvoy credit card in Canada, meaning if you had both a personal and business version would you get 15x2 = 30 elite night credit in Canada?
Thanks in advance!

I have both cards and sadly only 15 days is credited... what a bummer would have been so nice to have 30...
Still I can't understand why it couldn't work in Canada as well... geee....

It sounds like it, but just confirming, you are located in Canada and have both business and personal Amex Bonvoy cards?

Does anyone know if it is for both business cards. I have the old Marriott Chase business that you can’t get anymore and the new Amex card. I was going to cancel the Amex because the yearly fee was higher, but now thinking of keeping it. I did get the extra nights. I’m assuming they are from the Amex.

This double credit is new (maybe for future years only?). In any event, I would not expect the second 15 nights to necessarily be credited by now.
