I drive a semi, and I use Waze, primarily to see if there are any hazards ahead. I tried the revamped Google Maps, it still lags behind the features of Waze - including allowing COOKIE MONSTER to tell you where to go!

In addition, Waze has iHeart app built in, meaning you can control music streaming or podcasts from it instead of 2 apps.
