Some of the rooms are discounted up to 40%. Most pools are closed, but the beach is empty and accessible. Broward county has made masks mandatory (thank god!) for those you considering using your points. Based on what I personally saw, you're best off booking Sea Gardens at the moment. Santa Barbara is only allowing 8 people in the pool at a time and you can't use Royal Vista's amenities for anything other than beach access. Sea Gardens said they will open up more pools once they get busier. I personally would only stay in an ocean view deluxe studio given how Covid infested the area is. Palm Aire looked like a bit of a mess with all the updating they were doing. If you book an "Ocean View" deluxe studio in Sea Gardens, the rooms are all outside access, making your chances of catching anything almost non existant. When I was there, only 3 out of the 56 rooms had people occupying them. The Cabanas, Waterfalls and Key West buildings are also outside access if you don't want a studio. I would suggest the waterfalls building if you want outside access, but don't want a studio. The view is of the garden. I had a wonderful time because I was just happy with my view and getting to hang out with my iguana friend in the tree next to me. From what I can tell, the Ocean view north units have a washer and dryer, but the ocean view south building units do not.
