Help with selling my timeshare

Hello everyone,

I have a timeshare since 2018 but no time to use it or possibility to rent it. All the timeshare fees are killing me.
I want to sell it but I don't have a clue how. May you guys from Tugs advise me? My TMS is the Vacation Village on Parkway Orlando. Me and my wife deeply regret ever doing this business.

I'm not from US, so I really need help with this. Thank you all

Your timeshare is not worth much to anyone on the resale market. You must have RCI points. Those are very usable. You just need to figure out how to go about using them.

Assuming your loan is paid off, and all your maintenance fees are current, then you do have an opportunity to GIVE your Timeshare away. TUG does have a Forum where you can post it: "Free Timeshare Giveaways and Bargain Deals".

eBay could be another area where you can post it for $1 and see if anyone bites or even wants it at all.

Sadly, most Timeshares are worth little or nothing. The sooner you unload it then the sooner the Timeshare Fees will go away forever.

As a follow up to my post above: Under NO circumstances should you pay anyone any upfront money who promises you that they can magically unload your week. This is an absolute SCAM. They will take your hard earned money and disappear forever!

You can read about all these scams by studying up on TUG and the posted learning experiences from folks like yourselves.

Again, DO NOT use exit teams......... Make smart well informed decisions and protect your assets!
