Just closing on a 2 bedroom at Marriott Maui Ocean Club - original towers.
I have the estoppel from Marriott, but it doesn't say anywhere on here if it is a 2 bedroom.
Can someone please confirm for me.
The inventory id is: MH*9105*02*B

Thanks

I think the estoppel needs to be pushed back to Marriott. It was my understanding that it should include the unit size description.

I agree with Dioxide -- I can't find anything in the Trust filings that make me confident that 9105 is a 2BR, so I would also push for the clarification from Marriott.

Good luck!

Another problem is the way Marriott deeded units at lock off properties. The deeds usually only include the master side unit number. So if you call the resort, they could tell someone that 9105 is only a 1BR unit, which is true, but the owner of that unit may own a full 2BR because the studio side is not deeded.

This is the case at Grande Vista, for example they deeded 5305 where the 1BR master is, but the full 2BR also includes 5306. So Marriott really should have provided the information on the estoppel.

If this helps on my estoppel request form from 2009 (usage and unit verification) provided by the Escrow company and filled out by Marriott it shows inventory number unit number than below is the info to verify and it is filled in with what type unit etc (in this case it was a 1bd 2ba it shows usage etc too) hope this helps if not contact the escrow company and tell them your concerns and also your real estate agent.

good luck

PS check your email for more info....'Marriott disclosure statement'-your unit # will show under the heading TBOV (Two bedroom ocean view) unit numbers associated.
