Help with Bluegreen Blue Ridge Village Deposit with RCI

DVC Polynesian, DVC AKL Jambo House, Foxrun, Fairways of the Mountains, Blue Ridge Village, Treetops, Gatlinburg Town Square, and Waterside.
I deposited a unit we own at Blue Ridge Village in Banner Elk with RCI about 10 days ago. No points just deeded week. It is still showing on my account that it is pending. I called Blue Ridge Village and they could not help me at all. Any ideas? Phone numbers? I might add that I am in the hospital which I told them and do not have any Bluegreen Corporate Contact information. Check in is this Friday and it is a three bedroom unit so I do not want to pay fees and get nothing in return this year. Thank you for your help.
