HELP - Selling HICV Gatlinburg.

I have an old pre-HICV location that I purchased in 2012 and it transferred as points. This is a deeded unit and not a land trust. Today a rep told my buyer that they would not transfer as points. Does anyone have an agreement for these that would indicate they revert to points? Thanks!

They didn’t start selling trust till about 3 years ago

The Rep is blowing smoke up his ,,,,

I suppose anything could change but no noise heard on this subject yet so the claim is false

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Sales Reps aren't trained on anything other than selling. He may actually believe what he is telling you or he may know but is lying. In either case, he is wrong.
