Help! Points exchange into Shenandoah Mountains resorts

There may be a logical explanation that simply escapes me. I have both a Weeks acct. and a Points acct. with RCI. I can see availability at resorts in this area with my Weeks acct. over the next two years, but nothing at all with my Points acct. I thought Points could see all availability on the Weeks side. Is there an explanation that I have failed to consider? Thanks!
