I hope my questions aren't too dumb...
I own DVC, Paradise Village Resort (PV) and Playa del Sol Grand (PV)
I haven't joined II because I wasn't interested in exchanging and so thought the money would be wasted.
I usually spend 3 weeks, twice a year in PV and was hoping to extend to 2 trips for 4 weeks each, but that isn't as easy as I once thought!
So I now have several weeks a year that I wouldn't mind exchanging.
If I joined II and listd my PVR and PDSG resorts, what would that cost per year? (I guess I'm wondering if all 10 of my weeks are 'eligible' for exchange at the same base membership cost).
Then, must I deposit a 'reserved' week (both are float; PVR points) or just one of my as yet unreserved weeks?
How can I find out in advance how much trading power these resorts have?
Then, is there any other fee other than the exchange fee (and membership)?
IF I don't belong to II, can I list any of my weeks on the Distress board so as to 'exchange' them for someone else's week or a GC?
Sorry to have so many questions, but this all seems quite befuddling.
