Please share exit advice! I need to sell my two Wyndham properties: Wyndham/Fairfield Sapphire Valley and Wyndham Nashville.

As a start, help yourself by looking at these:

Hi, thanks for your response. I failed to mention that when I talked to Wyndham’s certified exit program rep about the Nashville Wyndham property, they could only offer the option to rent it and stated I would need to wait until 2027 which was not helpful.

As far as the Sapphire Valley property, they mentioned that they would not take it back since it was a deeded week property.

Don't get scammed by paying anyone any upfront money promising you that they'll take your units off your hand. They won't!

Keep your hands in your pocket and protect your assets!

Those are going to be tough to even give away for free because I know they both have very high maintenance fees.

List it for sale for free here on the TUG marketplace (click on the MarketPlace button in the button bar at the very top of this page) - worth a shot at least - though with the higher MFs you may not find any takers.

I just listed it here!
