Help getting rid of Island Seas Resort

My Aunt and Uncle purchase a timeshare at Island Seas Resort in Freeport Bahamas and would like to get out of it. It's paid in full has anyone gotten them to take one back? They had no idea what they were doing when they purchase it. Any help would be appreciated.
