Is this a good deal? 2 bdrm gold $11,000? Could I get one for $10,000? Would Marriott exercise ROFR? I need to know in the next hour or two. Thanks.

At the Surf Club....the first week of sales the 2BR garden view gold were $11,600 - now almost $20,000....I would think $11,000 is a great price for Ocean Club.....very unlikely Marriott would exercise ROFR....and of course you could always offer 9 or 10K...all the seller can say is no and you could still have it for 11K.

What is a good price for a 1 BR Plat.?

What did some of you pay for that, and what kind of price is Marriott getting now?
