Could you tell us the maintenance fees, season owned, and fees to transfer, thanks. Also what does “offers will be considered” mean? It’s free, right?
 
$1155/year dues, $125 transfer fee, typically for a free unit i don't waste the money on closing/ title, and allow the next owner to decide if they want to pay for that. Highest season, called high or prime, I forget what they call it. Thank you for your inquiry and let me know if you want to discuss further via number in the posting. I have 2 units and only now need to keep one now as we do love it there and situations have changed for us.
 
By "I don't waste money on closing/title," are you saying you are going prepare and send the documents for the title transfer yourself and not use a title transfer company?

Are you also saying that the new owner can use a title transfer company, if they want to pay for it?

Have some existing reservation for thanksgiving (3 nights) and just after christmas (2 nights) this year, and somehere around 4th of July for next year...
 
Might consider providing some 2026 nights free to sweeeten the deal... xmas or thanksgiving! Start the ski season with a blast!
