After 2+ months of ungodly heat and virtually no rain, our long-awaited vacation to Breckenridge starts Saturday! We have a studio for 5 nights. I looked at the floorplan and video, and it looks like it will be great for us. I was wondering if it has a balcony, though. I think the floorplan shows it, although it was a little unclear to me. Do all/none/some of the studios have a balcony?

Will there be a charge for parking? How is the fitness room?

Any Breckenridge recommendations? We will do a little research this week on hiking trails and bike rental. DH has scoped out Breckenridge Brewery, which appears to be very nearby.
