HCNY RTU or perpetual? How to tell?

I am considering to buy the Hilton Club New York. I know it's originally sold as RTU til 2032, and later Hilton offered the owners to convert to perpetual deed. My question is how to tell if the deed has been extended? I looked at the estoppel letter and deed provided by the seller, but neither mentions RTU or perpetual. Can anyone shed some light on it? Thanks!

If you have documentation referring to either PROJECT 81 (HCNY Deeded RTU until 2032) or PROJECT 83 (HCNY Deeded in Perpetuity) then you have your answer.

If not, check the deed and it should have the paragraph below if it's RTU:
