I've been receiving text messages on my phone with this silly saying. I don't recognize the phone number so I haven't responded. They are persistant though, texting once or twice a day for three days. Any idea what kind of scam/spam/BS this might be?

I tried doing a reverse phone number look up but it didn't show anything.

Ideas?

Solicitation (literally) for a phone sex-type service? First thing that popped into my head.

There are websites where you can give that number and type the message. Do not respond.

Put the number in Google and various sites with names like "who's calling me" will pop up.

See if your carrier or your plan or your phone has blocking ability.

Thanks for your suggestions. I've tried Googling both the saying and the number, neither produced anything substantial. Doing the reverse phone number look up and all other phone sites produced nothing but the fact that it comes from a 951 area code, which I already knew.

I'm just ignoring it for now but it's kinda bizarre.

Then it sounds like a stalker who might be stalking you or is stalking the wrong number.

I would just add the phone number to the automatic reject list on your phone.
