Our airfare to Maui decreased by $215 per ticket so I called Hawaiian air and they charged a $100 per ticket change fee and said they are sending me vouchers for $115 for each ticket to use for future travel. I plan on using them for the inter-island part of our trip (not yet booked) to Oahu to visit family. I have never used a travel voucher before and am not sure what the process is. Can anyone tell me how I go about using these vouchers? Can I book online through HA or do I need to call them? Thanks.

Because of a mechanical delay last year, we received Hawaiian Air vouchers. We had to book and pay with our credit card as usual, fill out the paper work (can't remember just what was involved, but I do remember it was pretty easy), sent the paperwork in and the credit to our card happened to show up on the same statement as the charges.

It was impressive!
