I just caught wind of a Tax Ruling in the Hawaii Supreme Court that favored disproportionate taxes on time shares? Is there a consensus on what affect this will have on current taxes? I've heard horror stories of $50+ per night. The reason I want a time share is to save money, not pay more. Thoughts?
