Hawaii resale closing company recommendations?

Hi TUGers,

I have a buyer for my Westin KORN contract. Westin has declined their ROFR. Unfortunately, LT Transfers cannot close a Hawaii sale. We are having trouble finding a Hawaii closing agent with experience in timeshare resales. Can you please tell me who you a have used recently and would recommend for a Hawaii resale closing? Also how long did it take and how much did it cost?

Forum member Syed Sarmad is a timeshare resale agent and has his own business in Maui. Syed uses TRCS and that is who I used to close with no problems.

Thank you for that information! I had the same question as I have a HGVC Kings Land week for sale. I have used TRCS for a purchase and they did a nice job.
 
I currently have a Kauai timeshare transfer to my daughter and LT Transfer is handling the paperwork so a little confused as to saying they don't do Hawaii?
 
They can do FREE timeshare transfers in Hawaii.
