Just casually looking to sell my timeshare via the free TUG ad and then received an email from hawaii realty indicating they had a buyer. I just needed to sign a very short listing agreement and the offer would be forthcoming. I signed the short (2 weeks) listing agreement and received the offer today after some negotiating on price. Just received what appears to be a legit sales agreement and form N-288B (no withholding box checked due to loss).

I think everything is good, but wanted to see if any Tuggers have had any experience or heard of experiences with hawaii realty.

THANKS!

Sounds good.. Congrats!

Only advice I would have is to double check on the HARPTA withholding requirements to make sure you aren't liable for any additional state tax. I believe Hawaii has a seven day right of recission for buyers, so keep your fingers crossed for a few more days!
