Tourists visiting Hawaii must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, but some aren't following the rules.

They have been doing that since the quarantine went into effect. I have read that they will take a few more steps in Hawaii. Not let new arrivals rent a car until their 14 day quarantine is over. Require hotels to issue one time use key cards. So if one leaves the room they have to get a new key card.
Why would anyone want to travel there unless staying for a month or more?
