So... I got 84,000pt from resale a few years ago. I know it is not a lot, but I am single and has a full time job. I was able get online once and booked the first vacation in 2016, but was not able to do so since then. Called numerous times. Today, I was told that unless I buy some points directly from them, i wont be able to use online syetem. Is that true?

On the side note, they also told me that if i buy another 84,000pts, my monthly payment is as low as $59, which make no sense since my MF now is $52 and the points cost $16,500. This whole timeshare thing is so confusing and every time I talk to an agent, i felt like I am in some fairyland they make up. I really like the resorts, but dont really have tons of money to throw at them. It always ends up in a fight when I told them that I just want to get a true picture what it cost.
