having trouble doing an online ongoing search

Hi, with RCI.. anyone else having issues?? Deposited a week which is paid for... and wanted to enter an ongoing search.. can go as far as the parameters for the search, hit continue.. then says the transaction cannot be found !! Looked up the "answer place" and hit the ongoing search button... still cannot get to the credit card info section to start an ongoing search.. any ideas or do I have to call a RCI rep for this ?? Many thanks...:) :doh:

sorry but I am having one problem after another with their site......and I have emailed them many times, so I guess you probably have to call.....I am more than frustrated.......good luck and Happy Holidays!

I get such error messages frequently while attempting to do a variety of things on the RCI site. Sometimes if I sign out and then sign back in again, it will work. If that doesn't work for you, call a VC. It's likely the site, not anything you're doing wrong.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I can't get to the credit card section of the ongoing search.
