Has Bluegreen done a Right of First Refusal? Which properties?

I'm thinking of picking one up, but I'm not sure what my offer should be. Does anyone here have any recent experience with Bluegreen taking the property? The sales guy said that Bluegreen never exercises that right, but I find that hard to believe.

Years ago (6 years ago) they were exercising it on high summer weeks in a couple of very popular spots. Does anyone know how it's been going this year?

I lost one to ROFR about a month ago and have two more pending decisions from them. Seems to be very random as I hear many giveaways are passing but the one I recently lost was close to $.10 / point.
