upfront fee company, steer clear.

Timeshares listed grossly overpriced, steer clear.

If you want to buy, stick to the reputable websites.

If you want to sell, see the how to sell post on this site.

Again, steer clear of this company

I would use Shelley at Transaction Realty for resales. Very professional and will discuss all your options and help you make an informed decision. She has over 20 years experience and I have personally purchased over 5 timeshares with her and have had no problems. Stick with no upfront companies and get refferals from Tug members to steer you in the right direction. :whoopie:

guess I was not specific enough, I'm looking at buying a unit from them, not selling, we've already negotiated a price I'm happy with, thanks
