Hyatt Coconut Point
Hi,
We own a silver week at Coconut Point Residence Club in Bonita Springs and was thinking about putting it in the Hyatt run rental pool. Any feedback? With reading the contract it is a 55/45 split with 55% going to the owner, however it does not look like your week gets thrown into the pot and gets split up with the other rentals at the end of the week and it is at the discretion of the Rental Agent as to which unit gets rented. So I read this as if my week is not rented then I get nothing.
Any feedback is appreciated
