Has anyone used Sharket.com recently? I cannot get to it. Checking with https://www.isitdownrightnow.com says server down for everyone. Just wondering if it is still around.

For those who don’t know what sharket.com is, it is a site that rates if a timeshare Resort has resale value. It gathers the prices of recorded deeds.

I tried using it a month ago and I got the same response. I wonder if they went out of business

Sad if it they did go out of business. It helped me when acquiring timeshares, knowing which timeshares were most desirable so I could easily find new homes for them when I no longer wanted them.

I was so happy when you told me about this site some time ago. I used it to purchase my last TS to ensure it was a deal.

I’m hoping that this site comes back online soon

This was a fantastic site a while back. Between six months and a year ago they changed the platform and it was worthless. Sad because it was a treasure trove of information at one point. Anyway, my guess is they failed because of how they changed the site.

How did they change it?

When I had used it previously, it was free to use. They changed it so you had to become a paying member to access the information. I do not recall the exact cost, but I don’t remember it being inexpensive (if it were $5 or $10, I would have probably paid it for a month to get access).
