Has anyone used Horizon at Holiday Inn Vacation Club in Florida?

I've been trying to contact Horizon who deal with HIVC in Florida. Has anyone had any problems with this company? Any good or bad points to report about them?
I've phoned them from the UK & been in hold for 32 minutes & then 82 minutes & I still haven't spoken to them! I've tried to fill out an on line form for them to ring me back, but it won't accept my telephone number "format". Has anyone any suggestions as to how to contact them as I have no email address for them & HIVC is not replying either.

Out of curiosity, about what are you trying to contact them? Depending on why you are trying to contact them, there may be different departments to contact.
