Am I missing some information from them, as I have had no requests to pay my 2012 maintenance fees for my week (no points involved).
I did send an email asking when I can pay, and they want me to phone them, but I haven't had time..has anyone else paid, and was it online, phone, etc? I want to make sure my payment has a proper trail and that my bill gets paid properly and not "lost" during the transition!
