Has anyone had difficulty depositing a points reservation to DAE?

Wyndham Long Wharf, Wyndham points, Vistana Westin Kierland
I made a deposit to DAE on 8/7 and the reservation was made using Wyndham points. I've checked with DAE several times since then and they say they are having trouble getting the verification they need from Wyndham in order to accept my deposit and issue an exchange credit. Has anyone run into trouble trying to deposit a reservation made using points? If so, how did you resolve?

Thanks for any insight.
