I just listed an ad to sell my Grandview timeshare and am wondering if anyone else has successfully sold theirs?

Thanks for your help.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
The only grandview units that have any value are those in points that get 122,000 or 98,000 rci point,s for a 2 br or 61,000 or 49,000 for a 1 br. Even then the 2 br for 122,000 points at the high end sells for about $3500-4500. A 49,000 1 br may sell for about $500.

Everything else is in the giveaway territory and may take a fair amount of effort to even give it away.

Sold 1 on eBay a few years ago, a 1BR unit worth 49,000 annual RCI Points.

Went for $500 or so -- not much past giveaway territory after eBay & PayPal fees.

If you paid any upfront money stop payment immediately. Anytime someone asks you for money to pay for placing an ad--it is always a SCAM.
