We recieved an email from this company, offering to buy 10 years worth of vacations from us, either at 2/year or 1/10 years. They sent a value of 30K as how much they would pay us. The person that offered this is a registered Real Estate agent in Tennesee, and operates out of Atlanta. Is this legit?

Wait til you get a demand for a commission or listing fee up front. You will figure it out then. Realize that they called you.

Have you checked this person or company BBB rating in Tennessee and in Atlanta, Ga.

You can also checked this person Real Estate License in both states?

Have you checked this person office address in Atlanta, GA. ?

Is it a Post Office’s Box or an office address with actually staff people.

Sound liked also you must pay your MF for the next ten (10 or 1/10) years to receive this offer.

Good luck.

Could be the same sales department that sold you the ownership in the first place. The whole industry is full of sharks.

Why on earth would anyone pay YOU $30,000 to "buy" your timeshare usage? What kind of weeks do you have, and how much do you pay a year?

Why would a real estate agent licensed in Tennessee work in Georgia, and contact people in Canada completely out of the blue?

How could this ever be legitimate?

There are also situations where timeshare scammers have impersonated or stolen the IDs of legitimate real estate agents. So just because the person might show as licensed in a given state, you can conclude that is who you are dealing with. If you have questions you can try communicating with that person using their address information in their license.

100% scam.

Website created December 2019. Their previous name was Westwood Realty. As usual with scammers, they eventually had to “rinse and repeat” due to complaints.

How do we know International Property Unlimited and Westwood Realty are the same scammer? These idiots created a new website that was identical to the old one.

Compare the old scamming website with the new.

And where is Leslea?

They come and they go, don't they? Their first post is about a purported great deal. I expect in the next day or two, we'll get another post from someone who will claim to have the $30,000 in hand, what great people to deal with, so happy, etc.
