Has anyone been to Breeze Private Residence Club?

I have seen Breeze Private Residence Club Costa Rica in RCI . It seems like a decent option, they also have 3 BR units. It is relatively new, close to the beach. We have never been to Costa Rica and I was wondering if this is a good option. On Tripadvisor some reviews are very good, some not so good.
